This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through Styleez Signature Collections Ltd. or www.styleez.ca (the "Site").
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential Delays: Please allow additional processing time during high volume periods, like holidays or major sales. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Domestic Shipping
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight and total pre-tax price of your order.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt.
You can track your order by signing in to your Customer Account.
4. Damages and Lost Packages
If you've received a damaged product, or you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately at contact@styleez.ca with your order number for further assistance.
